Epic tales of vacation P.2

Sorry about the delay. Just trying to get back into the swing of shit at work. Actually there's not much going on at the moment but anything can happen in the wacky world of radio! Anyhow here some more details on the trip...

I had good times out in Indiana. Most of the time spent playing video games and relaxing. I can tell you that my chest pull did not hurt once while I was out there. There was also lots of late night walks with le' mutt around the neighborhood. We even took her for an adventure in the nearby creek. It started out shallow for good wading but had some deep patches. This did not deter le' mutt for going for a swim on the leash. You've never seen a cuter doggie paddle in your life! At one spot where it was way too deep we all managed to fall right on our arses trying to scale the muddy bank. There were also some trips to the local book stores and Toys R' Way Cooler Than When I Was Little to pick up more video games. We went out to the Super Target a few times which by far is the nicest big box store you'll ever see. My usual goal in going there is finding the hockey figures you cannot get in PA. Oh and I totally stocked up on CDs a Half Price Books who had some crazy go nuts bargains for $1. I also made a trip over to the north side of Indianapolis with the relatives to go to the ubber nice mall and Trader Joes, a Whole Foods-ish type market where you can pick some some gourmet stuff cheap. We also made it downtown to Circle Center and I bought some shirts at Parisian, another store we don't have in boring PA. Dinner was good and we ate out twice. Once at a small Mexican place that has great food and a Chinese restaurant owned by friends of my Aunt's that had some excellent chicken dishes. Oh yes, I did go on some Goodwill runs and found some out of print CDs I've been looking for. It's nice to have everything right there in Greenwood along with the 50 or so Steak n' Shakes where as here I still have to drive 20 minutes.

Anyhoot, next time I will chat about the impromptu ghost hunt and show the results. Spooky! Well maybe not, I also have some road shots to share as well.
